pro con
Only the most serious sex offenders are listed on websites or on a registry open to the public. Many citizens are concerned that because of the loose laws regarding notification, some dangerous predators are among us. It's time to list all offenders.

"Sexually oriented offenders" are plentiful and not necessarily a danger to those around them. The law is clear and there's no requirement to notify the community every time a "sexually oriented offender" moves into their neighborhood.
