			The Bush administration is going to allow more snowmobiles in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, marking a complete reversal in Clinton policy. The move is fair because it allows snowmobiles but limits the number during the busiest days.						In 1999, the EPA recommended that snowmobiles be banned from Yellowstone and Grand Teton parks because it's the best way to cut air and noise pollution. The Bush administration is ignoring their recommendation to benefit big business.
