Iraq is a known sponsor of terrorism. Former CIA Director James Woolsey has said that strong evidence links Iraq to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. Also, at least one of the September 11 hijackers had met with an Iraqi intelligence agent.

 		 Many diplomats say a war on all states that sponsor terrorism would cause the international coalition to disintegrate, making it impossible to destroy bin Laden's wide-ranging network. Why go after Saddam if it will only make it tougher to get bin Laden?
