Tony Abbott said this would "encourage business to take a much more robust view of the law". He said the most worrying dispute was the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union's industry-wide claim for an employee entitlements trust fund.
 

This is inconsistent with the Government's view that it wanted to keep third parties out of employer-employee relationships. "They are by far the most partisan Government in the history of this country," said AMWU secretary Doug Cameron.
