NBC's decision led lawmakers to consider a ban. Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) said airing the ads "hurts American families, is detrimental to young people and will have an extremely harmful consequence for those who are fighting to overcome addiction problems."

 		 Aren't there enough regulations? Congressional action isn't needed; NBC is trying to act responsibly by only airing the ads after 9:00. If these ads are offensive to some viewers, they can change the channel. Let the market decide, not the government.
