A federal judge has ruled that a Chester County courthouse must cover a plaque of the Ten Commandments until its constitutionality can be determined. Our laws were partially based on the Ten Commandments, and the plaque simply reflects that.

Since 1920, this plaque has been a slap in the face to the Constitution. Its removal is long overdue. There's no place for religious writings of any kind on our courthouses. It clearly violates the separation of church and state.
