Was an air marshal justified for training his gun on passengers?
Polls Have Closed

YES
Passengers were ignoring his order to remain seated with seat belts fastened. The air marshal detail had just apprehended a suspicious passenger
NO
This is a case of air marshals going way too far. There was a need to observe the passenger cabin, but not to point a gun at passengers for 30 minutes

Two armed air marshals were forced to detain a man recently on a Delta flight from Atlanta to Philadelphia. One air marshal told passengers to remain in their seats and when some didn't comply, he had no choice but to train his gun on the passenger cabin.

Several passengers said they were going to file formal complaints with the TSA over the air marshal gun incident, and there's good reason to do so. The marshal had the cabin under control so pointing a semiautomatic weapon at passengers was excessive.
