Since the terrorist attacks, business travel has dropped substantially. Airlines know that the only way to survive is by doing more to promote business travel. It's time to change the rules surrounding these valuable customers.

 		 Business travel is low but that's not just because of the terrorist attacks. Many large companies have been downsizing as a result of the economic slowdown. Airlines must attract leisure travelers if they're going to get through this tough time.
