The recent disbanding of a support group for gay students at a college-run preparatory school was necessary. These schools are not running how-to sex-ed courses and should focus on learning rather than encouraging promiscuous behavior.

 		 Tolerance and open-mindedness need to be an integral part of every school's curriculum. Gay groups do not unite to discuss sexual practices, but to connect in a safe environment where they can learn to combat prejudice based on sexuality.
