School administrators are responsible for protecting the public from a student's negligent driving. They need to review their policies and get rid of stressful time constraints that create a rush-hour mentality that contributes to careless driving.

A recent court decision made it difficult for students to successfully sue schools over lunchtime car accidents. It is ridiculous to hold school districts responsible for what students do during lunchtime, especially when they leave the school campus.
