Students attend college to expand their minds to new views and ideas, and to get a quality education. With blacks and Hispanics composing less than seven percent of full-time professors, diversity should play a large role in choosing a school.

Between financial concerns and the quality of education, students have plenty of things to worry about when picking a college. How diverse the faculty is shouldn't come into play; the overall reputation of the school should be more important.
