Was it wrong to ask Miss New Jersey her feelings on 'The Sopranos'?
Polls Have Closed

YES
She was asked that question because she's an Italian-American, which was insensitive and insulting
NO
The controversy surrounding "The Sopranos" was a legitimate issue for Miss New Jersey to address. She should stop complaining

pro   con
Miss New Jersey Alicia Renee Luciano was asked about her opinion of "The Sopranos" solely because she's Italian-American. That was inappropriate. The controversy surrounding the show's portrayal of Italian-Americans shouldn't have come up.

The point of the questions is to gauge a contestant's grasp of current affairs. In light of the show's popularity and controversial nature - and the fact that it takes place in Miss New Jersey's home state - there was nothing wrong with the question.
