Producers of the NBC TV movie say that they have decided to cut the rapper's cameo due to "production reasons." Their explanation seems questionable; it's more likely that they realized the stupidity of putting such a bad role model in a children's film.

 		 Obviously, adult content wouldn't be a part of Snoop's scene. The head of the Jim Henson Company told the Wall Street Journal, "The Muppets are a pop-culture icon, and Snoop is a pop-culture icon as well. The bottom line is we respect him as an artist."
