Noah Wyle's character isn't being utilized enough on the show "ER" and it may lead to the talented young actor's departure. In an interview recently, Wyle said that he's starting to feel the need to try something new. "ER" would suffer without him.

 		 If the show's history has taught us anything, it's that no single character is essential for success. Many major actors like George Clooney and Anthony Edwards have left but the show remains a ratings powerhouse. Wyle's departure would be no different.
