NFL teams have been in need of more diverse front office personnel for many years. A new proposal might finally achieve that goal. Teams who hire a more diverse staff should be rewarded with better draft picks and other incentives.

 		 If teams who hire more minorities are rewarded, it would give them an unfair advantage against teams who feel that a particular coach - who happens to be white - would be the best candidate. Hirings should be dictated by talent, not skin color.
