The FBI has warned state and local officials of possible terrorist attacks on railroads. The terror warnings are nothing new to many who oversee rail travel in the United States. Executives are doing all they can to keep train travel as safe as possible.

 		 Terror alerts are nothing new to railroad executives. Since 9/11, all forms of travel in the U.S. have been scrutinized for possible security holes. We can't live our lives in fear, but history has taught us that our railroads could be vulnerable.
