The Michigan Court of Appeals reversed a $29.3 million verdict against the producers of the "Jenny Jones Show" after agreeing that there was no advance notice of the threat posed by the guest. Producers had no idea that a guest would kill his gay friend.

 		 The reversal is outrageous because producers should have known that having a gay man reveal his crush on his heterosexual friend on national television was a recipe for disaster. There was inexcusably irresponsible action taken by producers.
