Kodak recently fired a worker who angrily responded to an e-mail that featured guidelines on how managers should support GLBT workers who come out on the job. The employee inappropriately sent his response to 1000 employees. Kodak did the right thing.

Kodak's firing of this worker is another example of political correctness run amuck. It seems that while Kodak is entitled to its opinions about gays on the job, the company's employees do not share the same luxury. The management's actions are appalling.
