The resolution does not force the US to seek Security Council authorization before going to war, so there should be nothing to stop us from enforcing the demand for Iraqi disarmament. The more time we give Saddam, the more dangerous he can become.

 		 The process that is spelled out in the new UN resolution is built in the spirit of international cooperation. In that resolution, which must be followed, the Security Council is expected to take a central role before any military action against Baghdad.
