It's about time the Supreme Court updated their views on homosexuality. The ruling which nullified a Texas law against "deviate sexual intercourse with another individual of the same sex" has no place today's American society.

Justice Scalia, who dissented wrote, "The court has largely signed on to the so-called homosexual agenda." The Texas state appeals court said the law "advances a legitimate state interest, namely, preserving public morals." Protect morals not agendas!
