Wal-Mart, the world's largest retailer with over 1 million employees, will include gays and lesbians in their anti-discrimination policy. A spokesperson said, "We want all our associates to feel they are valued and treated with respect - no exceptions."

 		 Wal-Mart has set the wrong example by their decision to protect gays and lesbians in their anti-discrimination policy. Sexual orientation shouldn't be a factor in anti-discrimination policies. Wal-Mart's new policy gives homosexuals special protections.
